Conditions and reservations

At Hillerød Camping you only pay for the number of people staying overnight, there is no site fee and the accommodation prices include both bath and hot water.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by e-mail.

Cabins
In case of cancellation of a cabin reservation until 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded 100%.

If the cabin is canceled between 14-30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.

In case of cancellation of the cabin less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

There is an administration fee of DKK 150 for the return of the deposit, which is deducted from the deposit.

Caravans/tents/motorhomes
Please cancel a pitch as soon as possible by e-mail or phone if it is on the day.
