Then our campsite is the right one for you, whether you have your own caravan, motorhome or tent. Everyone is welcome!
At Hillerød Camping we have green grass, no numbered pitches and it is therefore not possible to reserve a specific pitch before arrival. But fear not! We’ll take you by the hand and on a tour when arriving to find the site that suits you best.
Our different areas of the site each have their own unique charm and we make a virtue of finding a place where you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
We have a few seasonal pitches, but only in the spring and late summer seasons.
Parken is ideal for families with small children in tents and others who need to be close to the kitchen and service building. Here is the playground and in the service building there is a baby changing room, family bathroom, laundromat etc. Parken is both sunny and shaded by the tall, beautiful trees. We also have outdoor showers and washbasin areas where you can shower, wash your hands, brush your teeth, etc.
In Palmehaven we have spaces for tents, caravans and a few motorhomes. In the center of Palmehaven there is a car-free area, so if you are staying here, you must park in one of our parking spaces - this is to avoid having too much traffic on the site and to allow for larger spaces for each guest.
Pampassen is ideal for caravans and motorhomes. Here you have plenty of space, open spaces with a view of the beautiful lime trees and a view of the spires of Frederiksborg Castle.
Plantagen is a quiet area ideal for tents and caravans and for guests without small children.
On Prærien you will find large, lovely pitches, some close to the service building and others near our smaller toilet hut with three toilets, outdoor urinal and two hand-washing places, chemical toilet and wastewater emptying. This is also where our 6 beautiful comfort cabins are located.
