Practical information

Guidelines for our common good

Please protect the green grass – i.e. no thanks to plastic pads and mats. We have a few “dirt/gravel pitches” where plastic pads and mats can be used due to our few spring season pitches.
Please do not drive unnecessarily inside the site. Use the parking spaces, especially in rainy weather. Please respect our signs if they are out.
Lawn mowing on the site often takes place between 10:00-14:00. We hope for your understanding.

The playground opens at 08:30 and closes at dusk – on a summer day around 22:00.
We have a small but charming playground that we are very fond of. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere that our campsite and neighborhood are known for, we kindly ask that you play calmly and avoid wild play and loud shouting. It’s important to us that everyone can enjoy the area in peace and quiet. Thank you for your understanding!
You are welcome to use the living room from 08:00. We really appreciate your help in cleaning up after use.
Table tennis bats can be borrowed from reception and must be returned after use.
Football and other ball games may only be played where the goals are.
Please no bicycles, scooters, boards etc. on the terraces. Bicycles are parked at the reception.
You can pick up tickets for free visits to Hillerød Swimming Pool at the reception.
Magazines and books can be borrowed in the lounge. There is also the possibility to swap.
Free WIFI.

The campsite must be quiet between 23:00-07:30.
From 22:00-08:00 there is no driving on the site. The gate will often be closed during reception closing time. The gate is not locked, so please open and close it yourself. After 22:00 it will be locked. The same applies to the Prærien.

Please note that shoes are not allowed in the toilet buildings. Otherwise, you are welcome to use your own indoor shoes or the blue overshoes in the baskets. Thank you very much!
Tokens are not required for the showers or outdoor showers. However, tokens are required for the 3 family showers – these are available free of charge at reception.
Cleaning of the toilet building and kitchen often takes place between 11:00-14:00.
Think about the environment when bathing. Spend max 5 min.

Dogs are welcome but must always be kept in a short leash inside the site. Also in short leash at your unit/cabin.
Dogs are not allowed inside the site, nor with our neighbors or Pharmakon.
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to put up a dog fence around your unit without prior agreement with the reception.
When you arrive at the site, you’ll also be given a small dog flyer with information and a map showing possible ‘walks’.

Guests of campers on the site are welcome from 8:00. However, they must leave the site by 22:30 at the latest. Price 30,- / children 20,-.
If you need extra chairs/children’s chairs for your guests, it is possible to borrow them from the reception.

Arrival with a autocamper, tent, or caravan takes place between 14:00 and 18:00. We kindly ask that you respect this timeframe so we can maintain our siesta/cleaning break, and because there is not enough space for everyone at the parking area.
Arrival for cabin overnight stays takes place between 15:00 and 18:00.
If arriving later, this must be agreed with us – but no later than 21:00.

Please settle by 11:00 at the latest and you will have your place until 12:00, unless otherwise agreed.
Departure from cabins must take place no later than 11:00.
We accept all major payment cards.
